This site was created in response to the arrogant and inept method city hall operates in terms of budgeting, finanace, taxation, hiring, charter violations and of course, the policital carelessness that plays with your money. There are way too many "chiefs" of whatever staff in city hall. There are way too many "contractors" that make sometimes double of what unionized workers make for what would be the same job. Did you ever notice how rare it is for Human Resources to actually advertise and test for a job and hire from the outside? A vast majority of "positions" are filled from within, given to those with the right connections - without any civil service test given, contradictory to the Charter. Which the City uses like toilet paper - they do not care about what is meant to protect us and give us rights - they only care about favorites, deals and politics. Vicious cycle we all have to suffer.
